Helena Minginowicz (b. 1984) is a Polish artist based in Poznań. Her practice explores the fragile, disposable and often overlooked materials of everyday life, reframing their beauty and vulnerability within the permanence of painting. By filtering daily encounters through illusion, perception and memory, her work reflects on relationships, intimacy, and the paradox of freedom in contemporary society.
Recent solo shows include Wounds and Wonders, Prima Galerie, Paris (2025), Lies of Summer, Dystans Gallery, Kraków (2023), and Everyday Stories, Gallery M, Wrocław (2023). Her work has also been shown internationally in group exhibitions at Hesse Flatow Gallery, New York (2025), Shoreditch Modern Gallery, London (2024), and AA29 Project Room, Milan (2023), among others.
